Koi Series
You can see that the Japanese influence continues in this series of Koi plates and platters. They continue to show my style of work. All the pieces in each fish are individually cut and placed and the pieces are fired three different times. Some of the plates have beveled edges and others are left with a rounded edge. All pieces are functional and food safe. Pieces with any dichroic glass or gilding should be hand washed and are not safe for the microwave.
The Koi can also be placed on many of the products that our studio produces. Do not limit your imagination to just a square or round bowl or plate. These designs can be placed on our clocks, and sushi plates.
