Monte Verde Art Glass Studio's History
Monte Verde Art Glass Studio began in Claremont, NH, in 2007. Monte Verde was located in the Opera House Square, and after a good year there, it moved to the Waumbec Mill building in the old mill-yard in Manchester. Monte Verde's vision is to produce well made custom glass art that is both beautiful and functional. Our belief is that you do not have to spend a lot of money in order to get quality made products. Our pieces are custom made in our shop and we take pride in offering the customer the perfect Wedding, Birthday, Bat/Bar Mitzvah, Valentine, Hanukkah, or Christmas gifts hand made in New Hampshire. Our pieces are featured at "Elizabeth's on Elm" boutique, where she carries several New England artist's pieces. We can also be seen at the "Arts Market" in Concord and at "Art in the Garden" in Dunbarton.

We make everything from plates and bowls, to platters and Sushi pieces. You can have a custom made clock to match your decor, or buy a beautiful "fused and draped" vase for fresh cut flowers. Our pieces are food safe and can be washed in the top rack of your dishwasher. Most people choose to hand wash their art pieces with soap and water or dust with Windex. The customer has the ability to choose their colors and shapes for their perfect piece of art. Prices are dependent on the type of glass used and the detail of the design process.
